His exceptional expertise earned him the prestigious title of Advocate-on-Record by the Supreme Court of India in 2006. His distinguished service includes appointments as Standing Counsel for the Government of Uttarakhand (2007), representing the state before the Supreme Court, and later as Standing Counsel for the Government of India at the Supreme Court (2014) and the National Green Tribunal (2015).

With an unparalleled track record, Dr. Abhishek Atrey has appeared before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and various High Courts across India, successfully handling thousands of landmark cases—both reportable and non-reportable—that have shaped India's legal landscape.
